Free In-Person Seminars · Philippines · 11–26 July 2026

Come find out — in person — if New Zealand is possible for your family.

Our founder, Maricel Weischede — a lawyer, and a Filipina who made this exact move herself — is coming home this July. She and our licensed advisers will walk you through the four real pathways to New Zealand: what they take, what they cost, and the mistakes that quietly end applications. Free to attend. No pressure, no hard sell — just an honest afternoon about what's genuinely possible.

What to expect

Two hours that could save you years.

Most people researching New Zealand spend months collecting half-answers from Facebook groups and agencies with something to sell. In one afternoon, we'll give you the full picture — from people who are licensed to give it.

The four real pathways

Work, study, partner, and residence — explained honestly: who each one actually fits, what it costs, and how long it takes.

The five mistakes that end applications

The quiet errors we see over and over — and how to avoid every one of them before you spend a single peso.

Your questions, answered live

Open Q&A with a lawyer and a licensed immigration adviser. Ask what you've been wondering at 11pm.

A clear next step — if you want one

If you'd like your own situation looked at properly, you can book a one-on-one Strategic Visa Assessment at the seminar rate. Completely optional. Many people come just to learn — that's exactly what the afternoon is for.

Every attendee also receives our free NZ Migration Roadmap — the pathway checklist and real cost breakdown — delivered digitally the moment you register.

Why we're coming home

She sat where you're sitting.

Maricel Weischede grew up in the Philippines. Years ago, she faced the same questions you're facing now — the same late-night research, the same doubts, the same fear of getting it wrong with so much at stake for her family.

She made the move. She built a life in New Zealand, became a lawyer, and founded NZ Immigration Help Service — so that the people coming after her would have what she didn't: someone licensed, honest, and on their side from the very first step.

This July, she's coming home to tell you what she wishes someone had told her.

April 2026

We were just here — and the rooms were full.

In April, our first seminar series filled rooms across Metro Manila, Quezon City, and Isabela — and reached more than a million people online. This July we're back with more cities, more sessions, and both of our founders in the room.

Common questions

What people ask before they come.

Is the seminar really free? What's the catch?
Yes — completely free, no catch. We cover the venues ourselves. At the end, if you'd like your own situation assessed one-on-one, you can book a paid Strategic Visa Assessment at a special seminar rate — but that's entirely optional. Most of the afternoon is simply information you can take home and use.
Do I need to bring documents or prepare anything?
No. Just come. If you have questions you've been sitting on, bring those — there's open Q&A at every session.
Can I bring my husband, wife, or a friend?
Please do — this decision is usually a family decision. Just have each person register individually so we can save everyone a seat.
What if the session near me is full?
Registration is first come, first served. If a session fills, you'll be placed on the waitlist and contacted the moment a seat opens — and seats do open. Register early for the best chance.
What does it cost to check my options online?
There's no charge to check your visa options. It's designed to help you understand which pathways may apply to your situation before you commit to anything. If a Strategic Visa Assessment or further advice would help you move forward, we'll explain that clearly — with no pressure.
I'm based in the Philippines. Can you still help me?
Yes. We work with offshore applicants regularly, particularly from the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Your location doesn't affect your eligibility for advice — we work with you remotely through every step of the process.
What happens after I check my options?
We review your responses — usually the same day — and send you a clear response outlining your most likely pathways and what's involved. If a Strategic Visa Assessment would help you move forward with confidence, we'll explain that too.
How do I know if I even qualify for a New Zealand visa?
That's exactly what these sessions — and the online check — are for. Many people are surprised to find pathways they didn't know existed. We'll show you what may be possible based on your actual situation.
Why do I need a licensed adviser? Can't I apply myself?
You can apply yourself — but a declined application can affect your future options for years. The New Zealand immigration system is complex, and small mistakes are costly. A licensed adviser or lawyer helps you build the right strategy from the start and ensures your application is presented correctly.
